Task 3.3 sampling, analysis and consolidation of data
Once the monitoring network has been defined in Task 3.2, the sampling plan and the protocol for taking samples of water and soil will be defined (methods, periodicity, T / pH, refrigerated containers, etc.). CNR-IRSA will carry out: i) chemical analysis of the water (N, COD, salinity, pH, P, S, Total Hardness, Bicarbonates, Cl, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Fe); ii) biomolecular analysis, according to the protocols for microbial species; iii) chemical (N, S, T, pH, C org., subst. org.) and biomolecular analysis of the soil, for the comparison between the two matrices and the possible elaboration of a chemical / microbial exchange model. .
